Integrity Auto Service & Rep

I was getting ready to go to work a couple of weeks ago and it was a cold morning with a little frost on the windows. I go outside start my car and turn the defroster on and go back into the house to let it warm up a little bit. The next thing I know I can hear a loud squealing sound coming from outside. I go out and there is smoke coming from under my hood and the sound is coming from my car! I called my boss and told him I was going to be late and what was going on. The first thing he said was, call Integrity Auto and get it towed to them. I have always delt with the big name auto shops because I didn't know any better and was a little skeptical. After they received my car and looked it over they called me and explained my AC compressor had locked up. Todd the service manager gave me a quote and explained all that was involved with the repair. I liked the way he was professional and helpful with the questions I asked so I told him to proceed with the repair. When my car was fixed he called me to let me know it was ready and believe it or not the price was the same as the quote and was done in a timely manner! Thanks Integrity, I have finally found a shop I can trust.

For years I took my vehicle back home because of the high prices here in Memphis. I often felt I was being over charged because I was a woman. A man from Napa recommended Integrity Auto. I have been extremely pleased. The do superior work for a reasonable price. They are extremely professional. I feel blessed to have found them.

These guys are the real deal. Ive used them several times and have been pleased every time with the results. They have even saved me 3 or 4 hundred dollars just because of their honesty. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact i have already referred several friends of mine.

I have a 90 Oldsmobile and I have taken it to Integrity and what they have fixed I haven't had any problems with, I would recommend them to everyone I know..they are hard workers, efficient, and reliable..ask for Todd.

I took my 2007 Scion TC to these guys here, and let me tell you I was so impressed. I am a 24-year old woman and know it is easy to manipulate females who do not know much about auto repair service. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, they were very fair and honest. My car has not had a problem since I took it them! I have been sending everyone I know to go to this place. I have a 2001 Sebring that needed some repairs and service so I looked up Chrysler Repair on Craigs List, I made a few calls and came upon Integrity Auto. After talking to one of the owners on the phone it sounded like a business I was willing to take my car to. There prices where very fair,especially since they were ASE certified mechanics. Their quote was right on the money and they didn't try to up-sell me like the dealers do. All of my business goes to them now no matter what I need on any of my vehicles..... Thanks Integrity
