Poor Management

My child has been enrolled at this facility for 11 months. He is 4 yr. old. The classroom teachers are great with the children and the parents. The front desk staff and management are quite poor. When I enter the facility there is rarely anyone to greet me at the front desk, which is located at the front door. When there is staff present they do not pay any attention to whom is entering the building or what they have with them. They never greet the parents or make any effort to provide assistance to the parents. Late last year I ask the director if they would inform me as to who the 3rd party was picking my child up from the facilty. They became confrontational and would not provide the information. I had to get a court order to obtain the infomation. For the rate being charged and the disposition of the facility and equipment I would not recommend this facility. My family was in the childcare business for 23 years and these actions would not have been acceptable to my families customers. My family operated 3 state licensed childcare facilities with enrollment in excess of 500 children.
