I have used their services more than once, so I can safely say my experience was not a fluke. Completely unreliable, often more than an hour late with crappy excuses. One of the drivers is the meanest, crankiest, racist SOB I ever met in my life. Old guy with a mustache. Avoid him at all costs. Another time I called to reserve a taxi and specified I would need a van/big car because I had more than 4 pieces of luggage, 2 adults, and one child in a car seat, plus a stroller. The lady who answered the phone said not to worry, they had a car that would fit all that. To my shock, the car that pulled in (an hour late) was the same tired, old old sedan that they always use (I guess their entire taxi service runs on that old car from the 70's..?) and the driver was actually giving me dirty looks when I told him it was his problem to make everything fit because I specifically ordered a big car, and the driver tells me that they don't HAVE any vans/suvs. WTF? The only good thing I can say about this taxi service is that its cheap. So if you are poor, white, and don't care about being on time, go ahead and call them. For everyone else, call another cab!

Yes ... I highly recommend this Cab Company. I use a taxi service quite often and i was also impressed by how clean the car was. I have now used their service three times and I plan to continue doing so... I have even bookmarked their website on my iphone :) www.carmelcirclecitycab (dot) com

Airport from home worked great. Great driver and early.\r \r Home to airport was beyond terrible. Flight arrived early. I called and was told where to wait the cab should be there is 12 minutes. Three calls and an hour later the cab finally arrived. The dispathch kept giving excuses -traffic, dropoff at airport busy, just going around loop, etc. Driver finally arrived and said I just got here I have no idea what the guy on the phone (owner) was talking about.\r \r Bottom line is I will not be using this service again.

I have used this cab company about 5 times and they are so good !!! You definitely can tell they are a family owned business and that they care about their customers. I have been in other Taxi's from other cab companies and have felt a little uncomfortable----You know the feeling----can i trust these guys, am i safe in this car etc....Well I felt very safe and secure with Carmel Circle City Cab\r \r Thanks \r \r P.S. you other companies out there need to copy this type of customer service Go Carmel Circle City Cab....You Rock !!!

I am a frequent traveler, and used them for a few trips back & forth. Works fine if your flights are on-time; however if your return flight is early/late, you will be out of luck because they will not monitor the flights to be there early/late (not sure if this is a shortage of drivers, or they just are not willing to do it). \r \r So you are better off to just get in a walk-up cab. Now I just drive to the airport myself and park in short-term parking. No more waiting around late at night for them to show up either. \r \r Also, the drivers are generally nice and friendly, but the owner is volatile and racist. Beware! Due to comments I specifically was subjected to, I would never give my business to them even if I was happy with the service.

I have used Circle City Cab many times from my home to the Indianapolis International airport. They have arrived on time in every instance and have spacious clean cars. They also have special discount rates to the airport. I have had multiple issues with other Indy area cab services arriving late or not at all.
Though it's not often one needs a cab in central Indiana, You'd think you could do better than NYC nasty. I called to inquire about cab service from an auto repair place in Noblesville back home close to Geist. The router was surly from almost the first hello and seemed bent on disuading me from using their service. On top of it, the 15-20 min ride was going to cost me upward of $50. Time to find another way ... and Carmel Circle City Cab can go out of business for their lack of ability to serve.
They pick my elderly mother up 3 times a week and take her where she needs to go without any problems at all. My mom raves about how sweet and friendly the drivers are. They are most helpful. Its a relief to know that she is in good hands. As for waiting time, We always call the day before to schedule moms pick ups and never have a problem with them not being on time.

They have clean, well maintained cars. Their airport rates are the best in town. If you call in advance and request it, you can get a town car, for the same rate as a taxi. Best deal goin'!
