    Afordable, Honest & Reliable

    I am a teacher and refer all my studens go to this place. If you need fast service at an affordable rate I suggest you go here. Everyone I know who has been there has had a great if not WONDERFUL expierence. Some computer issuse do take longer than others to repair but the price and service is worth any wait!!

    Terrible Customer service

    I dropped my laptop off over a week and a half ago already knowing what was wrong, as it was diangosed by a 3rd party. They said it would take 5 days to diagnose and provide me with a formal diagnosis, its been 9 and they just finished.\r The customer service has been terrible. I had to call numerous times to check up only to get excuses and no answers.\r They were supposed to call me when my laptop was complete, which they didnt. I had to call again and they said ""Oh yeah, it's been done""- two hours prior they were still working on it.\r \r I am very disappointed with the service here and the lack of communication regarding my laptop. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

    I went into Laptops Plus Carlsbad and was greeted by a great\r sales rep that showed me an excellent selection of Sony and Dell systems.\r I was able to purchase a FW series Sony laptop for less than anyone was\r selling it.

    Outstanding Service

    I brought my Toshiba laptop in for Service at Laptops Plus Carlsbad

    and I received outstanding service from Christian who offered me same say service on my laptop

    that had a bad hard drive. They were finished with my laptop in 4 hours.
