        I was searching for a new eye doctor. Four month minimum lead time at Hartzell for appointment. I am still searching.

        Dr. David Leigh Hartzell was fantastic. I was treated with the best care and utmost respect at this office. I was never rushed or made to feel like part of an assembly line. The exam was thorough, all my questions were answered and a clear plan was put in place to remedy my problem. My spouse had cataract surgery and has never seen better--never had a bit of pain. Most importantly, the actual doctor took care of us before and after the surgery. His staff was kind and considerate and the optical shop was amazing. This is the first time that I've experienced anyone who could choose and fit a pair of glasses that well--they worked better than any I've ever had, fit perfectly and I get tons of complements.
