        I took my bike in for a chain repair and found the owners of this shop to be arrogant and condescending. The employee helping me was very nice, but the owners interrupted him and proceeded to lecture me on everything that was wrong with my bike. It was as if I was not worthy if their time because my bike was 15 years old. I'm not a professional biker. When I told them I couldn't afford all of the repairs at one time, they told me to ask my parents for the money for Easter!!! I dont know how they are at repairs. I'll never find out because their customer service was repulsive!
