It is with great saddness that I am compelled to write a very poor review of Body and Sole. After coming here for 6 years, and traveling over 2 hours to get here, I've had enough. My stylist is wonderful and the only reason I come back, but recently, the treatment I have been receiving from the administration has been borderline abusive and I cannot let them keep getting away with this.

Please do NOT scehdule any wedding day services at Body and Sole. They treat you like a 2 year old when you call to ask questions about your contract and they make you feel extremely uncomfortable. I just hung up with a woman at the front desk and tried to make a change to the order of the services (as simple as switching time slots with the mother of the groom - I am the maid of honor and they wanted me to get my hair done way after everyone is done with theirs) and she acted like I was asking her to do me a HUGE favor. This is a $500 contract of my own money, you are not doing me any favors, you're doing your job.

My advice to the administration at Body and Sole is to hold on tight and appreciate your customers. Face Forward is getting my service from here on out and its truly a shame that you want to be considered for the "Best of Carlisle" - it shows how incredibly out of touch you are with the reality that your business is faltering and breaking under the pressure of area competitors. You're not winning, you're losing and you're hurting your customers as you sink further down in the chain of repuatble salons in the Carlisle area.

Let me be the first to say that I have always been one to appreciate good service for a good price and have always been happy with my services and treatment from Body & Sole, UNTIL RECENTLY! I will warn you that they keep your credit card information on file (not legal) and will charge your card for services not rendered! My daughter and I have been loyal customers and travel a distance to continue receiving their services but not anymore! I unexpectedly got sick and was not able to keep our appointments and they were given a late cancellation call from my husband. Didn't matter! I discovered (2) days later without my consent, they had charged my credit card $262.00! How can a business do this? I understand that the appointment times were left open because of us not coming but it isn't like I am a habitual "no show" kind of client!!! I have spent several hundreds of dollars, maybe into the thousands over the past years and this is the treament we get!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
