Adrienne, let us tell the storyline and facts about this experience before you smeer our reputation. First off: You did not pay cash but rather did trade. We applied the trade value of $400 to the amount of labor needed to be done. Although this was not even close to the amount needed for the job, ($700+). The Honest Mechanic of Montana, LLC also gave you an extra 8-12 hours FREE of service due to “tough” financial situation you kept referring to. Also, the owner spent money out of his pocket and gifted you several free parts as well as services. We also traveled 1 1/2 hours to work on your vehicle, much out of service area to help you out. Second off, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, at the beginning of the transaction we recommended a diagnosis which you refused. You then asked us to fix their EGR cooler and we did. Upon further inspection we found out the turbo was blown. When the owner/opertator calmly explained this to you, Adrienne, you and your “partner”verbally and physically attacked him while working at Camp Make a Dream, a camp for cancer patients. Upon finding out the further damage that was present in the vehicle, Adrienne then physically assaulted the owner and we are filing an assault charge against them. Unforunately, these poor customers never had money from the beginning and took advantage of our kindness. We sent them a quote and in fine print it is listed we are not responsible for further damages if a diagnosis is refused. If any customer refuses a diagnosis they are unfortunately liable themselves, not the business. Lastly, for a source of credibility, this customer lied about being a veteran to receive further discounts. Keeping true on their word if we didnt give them cash, now they are trashing our name on the internet. We stand up to bullies and we wont allow people who are trying to con our business for money to slander our name. NO ADDITIONAL MONEY WAS RECEIVED OTHER THAN PARTS AND TRADE FOR LABOR, THE HONEST MECHANIC OF MONTANA LLC ASKED FOR THREE HOURS OF COMPENSATION IN EXCHANGE FOR 2 ADDITIONAL DAYS OF WORK REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. You folks are truly sad. You took advantage of a hard working, veteran who against his better judgment, tried to help you out as much as possible...
