"Ten Years ago when he came into town and married his daughter, we all knew he had to be one of the best. If you knew anything about TJ Hoffmaster, you knew he was a perfectionist. He once even let his son-in-law remodel his house in Aspen. TJ Russell took it in stride and knew his craft, knowledge, and business acumen well enough to know he could do the job. Many thought Hoffmaster was a hard taskmaster. That was before he met his son-in-law. TJ Russell proved his worth and skill to a person who wanted perfection from everyone. His massive project was given high praise by Tom. I don't know if I could have done it, but the fact that Thomas John Russell Construction bid and got the job and prove himself early on in his career set things in motion. After that, Hoffmaster became the mentor for an already spirited entrepeuner who knew what he wanted and the path he needed to take. TJ Russell was everything Tom Hoffmaster hoped he would become and he did it his way with confidence, politeness, extensive communication, and the man who could keep his cool under pressure and soothe the customer, too, by knowing the quickest solutions to solve unexpected problems. If I ever needed work done again, it would go to Thomas John Russell Construction. He has earned the respect of the community that Tom Hoffmaster held in very high esteem as he earned TJ''s. To learn first hand, that your son in law, respected you for your experience and them find him to be earnest in everything he did and respected and loved you no matter what you said, made TJ seek out his counsel and friendship, not because he was his son in law, but a person who never held anything back and gave TJ the honesty and trust he needed to grow in his business. I wrote this review for Tom Hoffmaster, who is no longer with us in response to the reviews of Rockport and AJ. They certainly told the truth. TJ Russell has a gift he has been sharing over the last several years. His pick of personnel for specific areas of expertise is impeccable. He chooses jobs well and his honestly is overwhelming. If he says the project will be done for Chistmas or the holidays, it will be done, because he said so."
