I have tried since June 2014 to work out a new phone. I tried a Galaxy 5, didnt like it - returned the new phone they suggested, I decided to wait for the new Galaxy phone out in Nov. 2014. - I am still being billed on an installment plan for a phone that was returned - my old Galaxy Note ii - is what I have had since 9/2012 - it is the only phone I have had according to the billing 'corp office' BUT only the Capitola store can submit a cancellation form to clear this matter up - I intend to file a law suit if this isnt taken care of in the next 14 days. This is fraud, misrepresentation of business practices - I have waited the expected 90 days for billing cycles to 'catch up'. NO ONE answers the store phone - (831 475.8060)
Capitola Sprint is a corporate store I understand
and I am NOT going to go away - this is a large problem and I will take this to Small Claims if necessary.
