Coast Dental

My first visit was excellent! Great office staff. But on the next visit it all went down hill. The clerical staff sit and talk about all the customers. They won't return calls. I had 4 visits and I saw my dentist once. She never came to see how or if I was progressing. Please believe the reviews. I went against them, please, these reviews are accurate!

Coast Dental WARNING!! Carmen Brawely is a Hack And Coast Dental are hacks and thieves Cape Coral, It does not matter what Coast Dental You Go To, Lisa Rodriguez is one of the Corporate Snakes and she refuses to give my money back for procedures they only started $8135 Carmen Brawley hack filed my upper teeth Sept 1rst/10th even filed my Cuspid tooth to the nerve causing me a full 9 weeks of pain until the nerve died with the fact she filed the tooth to small and filed it on an angle toward the front side, you want pics I have them, plenty because 4 hours ago the temp bridge finally gave way again in 3 pieces this time, Friday evening January 15th 2016 with just studs exposed because Carmen Brawley was to incompetent to finish them with all her errors, then to top it Lisa Rodriguez from Coast Dental Corporate terminated the service because of Carmen Brawleys errors and they will not give me my $8135 back, Oct 15th the day I was supposed to get my crowns she had to re hack me because the Crown Makers in Tampa said she did not do a good job the first time, only giant bridges came in the rest were defective from the bad impression from my teeth not all being prepped right, instead of getting my crowns without telling me she started the process over again for 3 hours of hell, the nerve she over filed in Sept was now really pain full for weeks after that, she is dangerous! WARNING!! I could write 11 pages right now on Brawley and Coast Dental, NEVER GO TO A CORPORATE DENTAL OFFICE!!!

i am a nervous dental patient, and the lovely atmosphere, understanding doctors and courteous staff made me feel right at home - the front desk staff were efficient and kind, the assistants were compassionate, and very professional right up until my treatment was completed! i would return in a heartbeat!!!!
