        Overall

        I was pleased with Accurate Home Inspections. Mr. Ross seemed very thorough and provided a very detailed home inspection report. Further, the wind mitigation report he provided allowed our home owners annual premium to be reduced by several hundred dollars. A lot of the information from the inspection report was "obvious" stuff that anyone could find, but there was some that information on there that only someone really looking and uncovering every stone would find. Also, Mr. Ross was friendly and allowed me to follow along and ask many questions during the process. He provided the full home inspection (with pool equipment) and a wind mitigation for $295.00, which was the lowest estimate I got from over 5 home inspection companies
