I can't sit back and read these reviews and in good consciousness allow myself to do nothing about it: BEWARE: Of comments that keep you away from this place. I almost made a HUGE mistake of not going in due to some very bad comments I read. We purchased not 1 but 2 vehicle's from this place. It took us two months to try and find a place that could beat these guys prices, they didn't'. DON'T: takes someones negative and make it your own! Do your homework on the vehicle you want and then make the drive. BE READY: to deal with humans who treat you like a human and not just a number. Yes they have goals and numbers but their #1 goal is that you walk away with what you need and want. You see, they won't put you into something you can't afford and that you are not head over heels over. I just wish the hundreds of people that walk away (like me) completely satisfied would take the time to say thank you and share their great experience. Anyway, good luck to you in your decision. All I can say it was a HUGE reward for us.
We bought an Optima from here and we love it. We went on the first cruise and had a ball. I sold car's back in 1992 and the dealerships back then were hot dog bbq's and Frisbee's which you ended up using as a plate to eat off of. As a former car salesman I was shocked at the atmosphere and how they sell. I would have love to work there if I was still selling cars. I have no complaints and I'm driving a very nice car for very little money and had a wonderful cruise with other Cape Coralinean's.
Friendly and courteous people. They have a nice selection of vehicles to look at and we found exactly what we were looking for. Very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were getting everything we were hoping for in our purchase. Worth the drive to Cape Coral for sure! Looking forward to a continued relationship in car buying! Great service deals too...You should definitely check them out!
