I too thought they were wonderful people and so helpful. I took them to their word and they knew what they were doing. I asked for a Editing suite for Adobe Premiere to be built. I paid a lot. Right from the beginning the program had this glitch. The interface would jump and cover up parts of the program. Hard to describe. At the time they went out of their way to try and fix it. I even helped them test it since I knew the problem. They kept blaming it on a mother board software issue and then other software related things. Eventually saying, after hours of work on it, they would have to start charging me. I kept saying I bet it's the graphics card but they would not swap it out. years later I got a 64b machine, which is an amazing editing suite. Now that I had a replacement machine I could now screw around with the other one. On removing the graphics card from the one they built I noticed 4 of the, what look like Capacitors, were blown on the tops. I did every thing to contact these guys. No call back I did ask before to loan me a card to see if that was the problem. They wouldn't. Yup I was right. The card all along. I got the cheapest one at Best Buy and installed it and now it's fine. So I wasted 2k on a computer that I struggled to use for 4 plus years and it was all their fault. They might be nice but they won't admit it's their problem. I think they closed down or working out of their house. Don't use them!
