        Overall

        There is no doubt in my mind that Waterloo is the best place in the Northeast Ohio region to have a transmission replaced or rebuilt. I took a vehicle to them a few years ago and had the transmission rebuilt and have had no major problems with it. Yes it has had a few leaks but thankfully for the 3 year 100,000 mile warranty I bought it has been covered with no hassle. I want to stress the "no hassle" I've had no issues what so ever taking it to them and saying "hey there is a small leak". Waterloo also a few years ago fixed an issue that was causing the engine to jerk at high speeds it was one corroded wire, took some time to find it but there wasn't another company that was able to find / fix the issue. Ask for Andy, the man knows what he's talking about and just a great person to deal with.
