Toyota
Came from Illinois. Asked to describe the vehicle condition before i booked my flight, was lied to. Car had a side damage, where it needed to be repainted and the dent needed to be fixed. Michelle who was describing the vehicle condition on the phone, didn't even came out to talk to me after i was outraged by what i saw, even thou i spent 6 hours at the dealership. Manager Dan explained me that Michelle simply "didn't see it" and the deal is "take it or leave it". In addition the car only had one key. Fred, salesman, said they have no extra key at dealership right now and that they will mail me one as soon as possible. Had to call several times before i did get it and nearest dealership asked for $120 to program it which no one told me about. This place was the biggest disappointment and the worst service ever!
I wouldn't even give it 1 star.
Victory Toyota isn't only the worst dealers ever to buy a car from, but also the worst people to take your service to. Don't waste your time going to them, because their reps have no idea what the product is, and if they do, they will misguide you in to buying a car that they need to get rid of from the inventory. I would love to mention names, but lets just stick to my opinion in helping you. When I complaint to him about service not being done properly, and my brand new Toyota Sienna 2011 having alignment issue, The Service manager made a suggestion about buying a Mercedes or BMW rather than wasting my time here at Toyota. So now you make a decision if you want to go to them, or take your money where they treat you like they want your business. I spent $120 on getting a detail clean, and they couldn't even take rub off coffee stains from the side of the door, when I complaint they said "oh that maybe couldn't come off" that's when I said I wiped it off with a Clorox wipe.
once again, a dealer that is trying too hard to control the brand/vehicle from sales to service. They want to point you in the wrong direction in terms of repairs so they can get paid to fix your vehicle. Dishonesty abounds at this dealer. BEWARE.
This dealer sold me a Mercedes (used) and sold me a warranty with it. On the contract, the salesperson wrote "bumper to bumper warranty" and initialed it, at my request. Unfortunately, I soon found out that the air conditioning didn't work. I spent the next 3 summer months trying to get them to pay for the repair (it had to be done at the Mercedes dealer in Novi). When the Mercedes dealer called on the warranty, he found out it was "drive train only". 4 months later, I met with the general manager, showed him the paperwork, and he said he would only pay for 500.00 of it. My aunt then bought a car from Varsity-a new one-and they told her her financing was at 7%. When she got the first bill,it was at 17%!! She immediately refinanced through her own bank, but she was very unhappy. Two cheated family members is more than enough to tell me these people are not honest and not good. Don't ever buy a car from Victory-you'll regret it.
