CVS Pharmacy

After experiencing terrible customer service at other local CVS pharmacies my wife and I decided to try this one, farther from our home. When I picked up two prescriptions for my daughter yesterday I tried to buy another small item, which was marked 50% off. The cashier asked to scan my store card three times, before failing to give me the sale price. He insisted the marked price was the markdown. Which is not what my receipt said. When I got home, I discovered that they hadn't given me one of the medications I had paid for! I called the store and made a slow trip back in rush hour, only to have them question whether I had dropped the medicine in my car. They made up for my time, trouble, and wasted gas by saying 'sorry,' though, so that made everything alright.
