Dissappointed with the overall system here, they "change the rules" as they go. Unsure why change in staff so often, as well.

I signed up a year ago with the sales manager in Canton. The agreement called for a flat fee for each member of the family for year one and then $9.99/month for each member of the family after twelve months. When my year was up and I went to renew my membership I was told they would only honor the $9.99/month for me but everyone else in my family would have to pay more. I produced the contract with the managers signature agreeing to $9.99 a month for each member of the family and the club manager John told me he would not honor the contract. He stated the manager did not have the authority to grant $9.99 a month. But that same manager was has the authority to accept my initial payment. This is the classic bait and switch club. Do not at any cost join this Health Club.
