The guy in the front office was so incredibly rude, I came in for an estimate, he claimed I had to have a paper from my insurance company, called insurance and they said the guy was full of it all I needed was a general estimate, guy in the office then decided to talk about me to another customer.

Horrible! I got in a car accident and had my car towed here. A repair that should've taken 3 days took 3 weeks. When they finally called to say it was ready they were super difficult to work with and tried telling me it wasn't ready. The customer service was horrible. The people were rude. They seemed to have no clue what was going on and didn't know how to communicate. Having no car for 3 weeks was bad enough and when I finally got it back, it was even bloody fixed!! I took it to another shop to get fixed and payed another $200. DO NOT Waste your time here. Crap service and crap repairs.
