Senior Haven

Where do I start, the love, care, patience, sense of humor, smiles that this place is filled with. Anyone can be rest assured their family members are at home with people like their families caring for them. It is an honor to know Terry and her team and working with them for the last 5+ years. Thank you for all that you do.

Extremely happy with Senior Haven. It's a small licensed facility with only 6 residents maximum, so each person receives quality care. We moved my mother (who was suffering from early onset dementia) into this loving home after receiving terrible care at a larger facility in the Valley. She thrived at Senior Haven under the care of the owner/manager and caregivers. After she eventually passed and my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, we placed him at Senior Haven as well where he was happy with the staff who cared for my mother. He is always smiling and content when I visit him. I can finally rest assured that my father is well cared for physically, emotionally, and socially. The caregivers take care of the residents like they would their own family members. Top notch facility. It came highly recommended to me initially by an excellent nurse who had placed her own mother there years ago and was very satisfied. Not all residents have dementia, by the way... some are hearing-impaired, blind, or just unable to cook, clean, take care of themselves independently anymore. The staff takes residents on nice walks outdoors or to the mall on fun shopping trips; they offer stimulating activities, throw holiday parties, and make sure to give a warm home environment with music, delicious home-cooked meals, and games. I love this place.
