I came in to pick favors for my Baby Shower. I got a tour of the facility- WOW! I got dizzy with all the beautiful treats and goodies they have back there! You HAVE to visit their website. they are such a nice company to work with. I don;t see how anyone could have a bad experience with them or their products.
I had a wonderful experience. I will recommend to all my friends. So lucky to have fouond such a great comany with amazing products and personal service. Cindy and Sarina are ROCK stars- they helped me personalzie my gift!!! Cannot thank them enough. 5 Stars ALL the way!
I just ordered from LadyFortunes.com and had considerable problems. The site gives the option of a delivery date however, when the confirmation email came, the delivery date was a week earlier.
I called customer service and was explained that there are several limitations and strings attached to having an order delivered on a specific date.
Also, I was told that Lady Fortunes has so many orders that my order could not be altered or cancelled.
The customer service representative continued to tell me all the information I was looking for in regards to shipping was in the fine print on a different webpage; not helpful to customers looking for shipping information on the shipping page. The site is very sneaky and I was told customer service has dealt with other customers with the same problem, yet have not changed the site.
The customer service rep, while attempting to remain friendly, was very frustrating with which to talk. They did not let me finish any of sentences and immediately began explaining what they believed I did not understand which in fact was not the case.
While, I was "lucky" they found my order and could change the address (or for $10 more, ship on the correct day) it was a frustrating experience and I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to a friend.
This review is unsubstantiated. We request an order number so that we could look into this matter. We take exceptional care of all our customers and value their business. We realize that we cannot please everyone, but in this case, it seems that the customer purchased a coupon and did not read the conditions- i.e., the delivery window associated with the coupon.
