Wnc Auto Parts

Guy on the phone sounds like a good guy and very helpful. The guy at the ship is a jerk and needs some customer service skills. I travelled 2 hours to get there and was told that it was ok to arrive shortly before closing. Guy at the shop told me he had to leave early that day when I got there. I was okay with that, but he then went on to throw a temper tantrum like a five year old. Kicked doors, slammed doors, caused, three parts across the parking lot. Not a very pleasant experience.

These guys are liars. Quoted a price on a few parts - one was broken and did not send the other. When I sent a message to them about the missing part they were very rude and said they did not have it???? Really?? Well you charged me for it. Avoid dealing with them...

Took Toyota Tacoma to wnc for a motor was given a 90 day warranty. After 5 weeks in the shop had it about 2 weeks and notice a oil leak and knocking took it back and was told the motor was no good that he will have to rebuilds with new parts.After 5 more weeks in shop we was told that if anymore problems to let him know had it about 2 weeks and seen a oil leak called and told him and was told to bring it back but I will have to pay for labor. Decided not to take back got looking and the bolts on the valve cover was all loose the power steering line was loose and had no washer that then had leaked to the alternator. After finding all of this I called Jimmy back to tell him what I had found he said to come by and he will give me a alternator .Went and got the alternator put it on no good after going and buying a new alternator replacing washer and bolt I don't recommended Wnc auto i have talked to other mechanics and with out saying where my truck was worked on they don't recommended wnc on Morgan branch wish I was told that sooner.
