The staff was rude and did not do what I requested. I asked to ship all of my packages UPS. The rep chose to ship FedEx instead. When I questioned my tracking numbers not being UPS, she said she made the decision to go with FedEx without asking me. She said she could undo everything and we could start over. I said to leave it because with the number of packages I had, it would take forever for her to redo. She also misspelled the name of my recipient. She wrote Andy instead of Mandy and I had to correct all of the shipping labels. Probably the worst experience I have ever had in shipping a large number of packages. A purely unprofessional experience. I absolutely do not recommend Postage Express in Candler. There are other shipping services in the Candler who will appreciate your business and excel in customer service.
