Appliance Renewal Service

Ordered a switch for our stove top. Was told the switch would cost $111.00 so I arranged an appointment to have it installed. I figured $50.00 to $60.00 labor easy peasy quick and easy. It took 10 minutes to install which was $44.00 labor, kinda steep but I get minimum charging. Here is the kicker, they charged me $70.00 just to show up ! Are you kidding me? Four city blocks!! Avoid this small town racket !

I heard about this place from a family member so I thought I would give them a try. I called and asked a few questions. I asked if they made house calls for a quote and if they charged for this service? The women over the phone replied "you don't actually think we work for free do you". I was so offended by the re-mark. I asked to speak with the owner and she said she was the owner. I let her know I would be taking my business elsewhere. I would never recommend this place because of the customer service. They should re-think there motto.
