I bought a new car from here in 2013. The car buying experience was fine, it's the service department that makes this place awful. Everytime I have brought my car there for them to fix an issue I have to bring it right back because they never fix the problem or do it half assed. My ac line was blocked and it left a pool of water on the floor of the front passenger side. They unblock the line but left the water on the floor of the car!! I took it in because something rattles inside the door. They greased the hing and told me it was fixed, which of course it wasn't because the problem was inside the door and not with the hing. When I try to explain this they look at me like I'm speaking another language. Just last week I brought the car in because of rust on the back end under a molding and I wanted to see if it would still be covered under the warranty. It wasn't which is fine, but the service manger said they would take off the molding to buff off the rust and wax it. Great! I dropped it off Thursday and when I picked it up on Sunday it wasn't done. The molding wasn't remove the rust was still there. The did wax around the molding and washed my back tires! Gee thanks! I called the service manger, he had me bring the car back in and gave me a loner. The I picked up my car I checked under the molding, and the rust was gone and all was well in the world,until then next morning! I went to get something out of the back of my car and whatever they use to wax the car with was splatter all over the back of my car. All over my stuff, some of which I had to just throwaway! I absolutely hate Lebrun toyota!
