Adorable! Great Service. After leaving the incredibly overrated, Trudy's, we were pleased to find Gabrielle's. The dresses were unique and of the best quality. The staff was friendly and helpful but not over-opinionated. We probably went to 5 different bridal shops looking for my friend's dress and this was by-far the best atmosphere. They even opened champagne when she picked her dress. In addition, they didn't push their accessories onto the bride but instead gave her great suggestions of how to use pieces from her grandmother and Gabrielle even offered to wire it for her. Great experience. I will DEFINITELY be back when I have the opportunity to pick out my dress!

LOVED THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!! so quaint and the girls were fabulous. Loved Laura she was so nice to the big group that came with the bride. Our Bride found a DRESS!, and they immediately provided champagne to celebrate!!!! Loved the atmosphere we all immediately felt at ease and I will definitely return.

Gabrielle made looking for my wedding dress a wonderful experience! Not only did we get excellent customer service, real advice, one to one attention, we got champagne! Gabrielle helped me find the dress that was perfect for me and my day, she was honest and assisted me with the 'redesign' that I did to the gown. She was so creative and knowledgeable that I took all the advice she could give me. Each time I called with another random question, someone would get back to me within the day and ease my anxieties. She kept me updated when the designers were slacking on their end, assuring me that she will take care of everything and continue to keep me in the know. Gabrielle was so supportive, that we even invited her to the wedding! I wish I could get married all over again to pick out another gown from her!

Great Experience--I found the Dress! The experience over all was great and very relaxing compared to all the other places I had been to and I have been to quite a few.

They have an awesome selection of gowns. Gabrielle herself suggested a gown that I would not have selected had I been by myself and it turned out to "be the one". Her current location in Los Gatos is small but warm. They will be moving to the Historic Area of Campbell, which many of my friends say is the new and cool hot spot to hang out.

From the first time my mother and I walked into Gabrielle's we knew why people wait two to three weeks to visit her boutique. The dresses were out of bags and she and her boutique are very inviting. We sat down and talked about my wedding and the location. The one on one attention was is great at her boutique. When it was time to select and look over the gowns, I was even told to touch and feel the materials of the gowns. I was very surprised as other stores did not want me to touch the gowns unless I was going to purchase the gown. This was the only store/boutique that even offered my mother waters while she waited for the "run away show start" that I put on of course.

Gabrielle's Bridal is Great and worth the drive from San Francisco. I live and work in San Francisco and many people in the city are finding out about Gabrielle's Bridal. I was highly recommended by a co-worker of mine to visit Gabrielle's Bridal as her friend purchased her AWSOME Melissa Sweet Grown there. I went on a Saturday and found the experience to be fantastically great. My mother was extremely happy with the service and the great gown for once.....My mother is a tough cookie (-: Very good service and the time they took to explain my option in the different gowns was unexpected. Many of other establishment I went to visit said I had to purchase the gown "AS IS". I did not change anything about my gown but it was great to know that if there was something that I would have wanted changed they would have worked with me to do so. Gabrielle only has the latest gowns at her shop, so if you fall in love with a gown that is three to four season ago it is best to call to make sure they have it.

After several bad experiences at boutiques all over California, I was beginning to grow frustrated with the entire "dress hunt" experience. I was in San Jose with my mom for the weekend hitting all the San Jose shops when I decided to call Gabrielle's store, she squeezed me in for a 1:00 appointment on a Saturday and I'm so glad that she did because I found my dream dress. Yes, the dresses are on the expensive side, but in my opinion, you're not just buying the dress. You're buying the service, the peace of mind that your gown will be well made and your alterations will be taken care of, and you're buying the experience.

This boutique is everything you could ever want in a bridal shop. It's intimate, elegant and from the moment you walk through the door, Gabrielle and her staff will make you feel like the special bride-to-be that you are.

We met Gabrielle at a bridal show and even though my wedding was over year away she agreed to come in on her day off when the store was actually closed and meet with me. It was my only available day at the time. Her store is sooooo cute and has some really nice dresses. The selection is a little limited but as long as she carries the designer she can order you any dress.
