Overall

This guy is a thief. We broke down road side. We were told it would be in that evening. It might be the next day before we were on the road, depending on parts. The first afternoon he didnt get it in as stated. Checked back the following morning, and now there were 2 vehicles in front of us. Checked back that evening, and he pushed it in the shop at 5:30, then sent his tech home. Still no work done. I explained we have a cancer patient who is running low on meds. His reply was it was not his issue and there is a walmart pharmacy 2 miles away. Being winter with no vehicle? And just go to walmart, like that fixes it? The following morning we gave him time to look at our vehicle. Went down 10:30, 2.5 hours into his work day, and he still had not looked at it. I figure he thought he had us stuck. We had no vehicle, staying in the motel up the street. Now he tells me to prepare to stay the weekend, being it is friday now. He got the vehicle about 1:00 pm wednesday. Unacceptable, we then decided to get towed to another facility. Our tow showed up about 11:30 am, an hour after i talked to him. The tow company called him and let him know they were on the way. He called me and cussed me out big time. Foul language, name calling, the works. When i got to the shop, the verbal assult continued. I explained why does it matter he was getting paid for his work. His exact words were " f'ing right i am" my bill was $450 for more or less storing my vehicle indoors over night. On my way out he said he figured it out. It was a voltage issue, either an alternator, or junk batteries. Neither of which was true. The second shop had us on the road in less than 3 hours. It was a bad cam sensor, and a bad ground. So not only is he a crook, he is incompetent. I would avoid this guy at all costs! If i could give negitive stars i sure would.

This is completely untrue. The wrecker driver called me about his vehicle and I told them it would be two days before I looked at it. It was not !:00, it was more like 3:30-4:00 when it came. At no time did I say I would look at that evening. Had it in the shop on the second day, which was a day early. Yes it was towards the end of the day. He was pushy the entire time about me putting his vehicle ahead of all the other customers. Yes, he sad his dad needed meds, I was merely trying to be helpful suggesting a pharmacy. We were still diagnosing it when he blindsided me with towing it elsewhere. I sent a repair manual with him to take to the dealership because it was so old they did not have one. At no time did I cuss at him. This whole story is a HUGE fabrication. A bad ground is the same diagnosis I gave (a voltage issue). Also he did not pay me a dime, his credit card turned out to be fraudulent. So I am not sure how me trying to fix his vehicle for free makes me the bad guy?
