Waited 20 minutes for a hot and ready pizza NOT.
Manager was rude and will not be going back.
Pizza was just ok

Stopped by this restaurant earlier today for a quick lunch. Pizza was handed out right after I paid. Was very hot and fresh. Guy at the window was super friendly too! Will be back.

I came here with my granddaughters and was so delighted with how friendly everyone was. I purchased 2 of their hot and ready pizzas and they came out quick! I took them home and we had a nice dinner yesterday with our grandbabies for a good price!

Great service! Went in for a pepperoni pizza and got it right away. My son wanted crazy bread and so we got that too and it was ready when I was paying. Awesome store!

Our son and grandson can up from Mpls, grandson wanted pizza so grandpa went to get 1 large pizza and 1 order of cheese bread grandpa was told that because he was using his credit card he would have to wait for 15 minutes because the manager ran to the store,grandpa asked why manger needed to be there was told that they needed a thumb print and only the manager could do that so people either bring cash or hope the manager hasn't ran to the store.

We love little Cesar's pizza. But, the Cambridge store never has what we want on hand. We always have to wait 20 minutes or longer. This last visit, I had time to run to Aldis across the street and get some things, and we still had to wait for our food! Out of all of these places we have gone to, this one's the worst! Food is good. Service sucks.

Called in an order 3 hours ahead of time for a special pizza to be picked up at exactly 7o'clock. Went to pick it up, and was told they had just sold it. What kind of service is that??? -5 stars

Came in for a regular pepperoni but was offered a deep dish and it was soooooo good! Ready the moment I pulled up to the window! Awesome service and very friendly happy cashier at the window. The pizza was delicious too!

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a " hot and ready pizza"..not exactly hot and ready..Terrible management- they will not even respond to complaints.

I am going to add my review too. I have never posted a negative review before, but I'm going to today. We have been here about 4 times since they opened. The first time was the week after they opened. It was crazy with lots of workers. I figured it was just new....I gave them a break. We have had 15-25 minute waits every single time we've gone there. If you order pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, you will likely get your food fairly fast. Today I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and ICB. You can get any kind of sauce, but if you want plain cheese sauce, it's a dollar extra. Ok. After 15 minutes a lady came in and was wondering what to get. She asked me if I had tried the pretzel crust pizza. I said I just ordered it today, but I have been waiting a long time. She ordered something else and was gone within minutes. They apologized to me and said my order was coming out of the oven. Another couple came in and ordered pepp pizzas and ICB. They gave them my bread. Out they went. My pizza came out and then I had to wait for another order of ICB. When I finally got my order, I asked for marinara sauce for my bread. He said it was extra. Now when I was there before I got sauce, no charge. The couple before me, that got my bread, got sauce, no charge. The worker in the drive through (who was having serious frustration over the slow kitchen getting food to her customers) said that because of my long wait, a marinara sauce should not be a big deal. There are hardly any workers here any more. I only saw one guy in the kitchen the whole time I was there. I'm sure the workers are just as frustrated with the lack of organization. I want this place to do well, but without a serious increase of service, they will lose the customers that are still brave enough to try it again.

PS...on the way home, my marinara sauce spilled on the carpet of my car! Grrrrr

Went for lunch today. Made my order in drive up, paid, was asked to pull ahead and park, they would bring my order out in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I went in to see what is going on. They didn't have my order, and it didn't look like anyone had a clue. I asked the manager for a refund. After fumbling to get my refund, he offered me something else, like someone else's order, or left overs? Plenty of other places to eat in Cambridge, stay clear of this mess.

store is the worst place I have ever delt with. I went there tonight for your famous "hot and ready". I was told 7-10 minutes and after wait 30 minutes went in and not 1 person knew what was going on. It still took 10 more minutes to get my pizza. There was at least 8 cars waiting and 2 other people in store very upset because of service. I will not be going there again and will make sure to give poor reviews anywhere I can.
