General Info: Caring steps provides superb personalized care management and psychosocial support for elderly and/or disabled INDIVIDUALS. EXPERT coordination of care among CAREGIVERS and loved ones. WHO are near or live AT a distance. Is provided.
Services/Products: Caring steps provides personalized care management for the elderly And/or disabled where ever they MAY reside. Services MAY include but are NOT limited to; helping individuals select and monitor home care services. Accessing community resources. And coordinating communication among care providers. Psychosocial services MAY include supportive counseling during times of increased stress. And/or teaching skills for managing chronic pain And/or Depression.
Location: Services are provided where the client is ( at home, in a hospital, rehabilitation facility...).
