--**NEVER** recommends or even mentions more than you really need.

--Great emphasis on preventive care, both for home care and by commenting that 'if you can consider cheap procedure X in the next year it will eliminate the need for expensive procedure Y down the road' but NEVER any pressure!

--Wonderful office staff.
