DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!!



I have used him for the past 3 years. Dr. Anderson is very pleasant while you are in his office. But, do not let that fool you. His two receptionist/assistants range from 'fake-friendly' to rude.



The first time I got glasses from him, they broke in a month. Not only that - the prescription helped my eyes, but the replacement pair that I got from another doctor helped me 10x more. The second time I saw him, I got new glasses. The lenses were made from low quality products and they did not last more than 6 months.



The last time (and final time) I went, I decided to only get the prescription from Dr. Anderson. Although I needed progressive lenses, we discussed it and I decided to go with the reading lenses. He was fully aware that I did not the progressive lenses and he also gave that information to his 'assistant' while he sat me in another area to pick out glasses.



I told the 'assistant' that I did not want glasses - I only wanted a prescription. She went back to the Dr's office to let him know. I heard the two of them talking, but I could not make out the words, but I know i did not like the tone. I was given the prescription.



When I went took the prescription to another place to have glasses made, they tell me that the Dr. wrote a prescription for progressive lenses - only.



I was furious. Dr. Anderson did this completely out of spite. Any doctor who would be so mean as to intentionally hurt one of his patients is not only immoral, but unprofessional.



I will NEVER use him again.
