Napleton's River Oaks Lincoln

I despise the fact I have to give this dealership a single star rating. Salesman Mike James; purposely sold me a Cadillac CTS, which was a lemon. The upper management at this dealership and Napleton’s corporate office are careless and heartless. I’ve been told “bought sense, is better than taught sense” and I’ve learned a valuable lesson. However, all is not lost because I don’t have a need or want for anything I can’t buy. Buyers beware, save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. I will continue to share my negative experience about this dealership to everyone; I come across in the Chicagoland area that is the market of purchasing a car. Napleton, don’t bother responding!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !!!

I bought a used car a few months ago. The salesman Peter Martinovich was real bad, was lying to me, didn't have any knowledge of the car's features etc.....

Spent there 6 hours, it was horrible....

The salesman promised me a spare key to the car which I never got, sold me a car with no spare wheel, promised he will get me the spare wheel which I never got neither.

The best part is that my check engine light popped up 2 days after I bought the car!

Looks like they just cleared the codes and sold me a broken car !!!!

I strongly don't recommend this dealership to anybody, it's really bad !!!

I talked to the Used Car Manager, Bobby Clifford, about the Jaguar XF, because of the low price I saw it advertised for. He answered all of my questions and concerns, so I decided to set up an appointment for the following day. The Jaguar was pulled up for me when I arrived for my appointment, and then Corderlo showed me the car. The Jaguar was exactly how Bobby described it, and Corderlo was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't believe how easy they made it to buy a car. I would recommend Bobby and his staff to all my family and friends

My experience in this place was horandus. Not only do they dont keep it clean, there managers are twicw as bad. Me and my husband are hispanic as soon as we arrived not only did the sales man just pass by us but the managers kept us standing waitinf for a sales rep for about 15 minutes. The sales man was rude asking us if our SS cards were real!! I mean what the heck only because were mexicans that means we dont have good SS cards. I dont recomend this racist dealership
