This facility is truely wonderful. After the sudden loss of our beloved dog of 9 years, our Emergency Animal Hospital recommended their services. They picked our dog up at the hospital and we called and spoke over the phone about what services we wanted. We had choosen cremation. I was surprised when I was speaking on the phone about ordering a keepsake, and she had mentioned that they give a footprint in clay with the animals name on it. I was treated kindly when I went to pick up the remains. Once I got home, and opened the package, it was then that I found a card, a pin of a dog with angel wings, the clay footprint, and the tin with the remains in it. It was such a small gesture of things to include, but to me it meant the world. I am grateful for the wonderful services this company offered our family. It made a hard situation managable and left me with such thoughtful pieces.
