My Repocast.com Experience My experience with Repocast.com started out not as I expected. The first experience was in the Byron Center area when I brought a car for 549.00, as I tried to drive it off the lot the description read “Runs and Drives” I did not expect it to fail. After a few moments the car just did not do what was written in the description, and the Great people at Repocast refunded my money and gave me some compensation. The statement from the Manager was simple, “We Will Make This Right!” I have not known any other company in this type of business to do that. Many of them will excuse the failures to an items being in auction, and not take responsibility as the great staff at Repocast.com. Sated and Continued Repocaster. James C. Waller III

I am a repeat customer to Repocast.com and I must say I love the company. Their website is very easy to navigate through, and if I ever have a problem their customer service reps are very welcoming and helpful towards my questions. When looking through the descriptions of the items I find them to be very detailed which is very nice because I like to know a lot about a product before I decide to start bidding on it, especially if there are any pricing details or specific details about purchasing/picking up my item.My husband and I are both addicted to the website and check it every week for new auctions!
I haven't sold anything here, but have purchased a few times. Bidding and watching items was seamless, and pick up of the items was fast and easy. You have to be smart about what you're are bidding on (checking things out ahead of time would be helpful if it's an expensive item), and watch the sales margin and tax - caveat emptor. I'll continue to purchase from here in the future.
