Byram Post office leaves mail floating down the street, delivers wrong mail constantly to where neighbors have to deliver to correct address, leave mailboxes open and today we had no delivery, no pick up. Ridiculous!!

This the third time in three months that they have lied about attempting to deliver packages to my home. My wife and I work from home we are always at home. They leave no receipt and they will not answer the phone when you call, it just rolls over to the fax. When you go to the Post Office to pick-up the packages that you paid to have delivered to your home they have an horrible attitude. A 1 star rating is too high if I wanted to stand in line at the post office I would pay for a post office box.

This is the worst place of business I have ever come in contact with! NO ONE answers the phone and the employees have a sucky attitude. I would rather drive downtown Jackson to give them my business than to deal with the one in Byram! They should just close it down and let the RUDE employees relocate!
I shouldn't have to force you to accept my business especially when I'm using my money!

I totally AGREE! The worst post office ever! The employees will not answer there phones at all. 601-502-2310 other 601-502-2311 Nobody never answer. They lied and said they deliver a package to my house on Saturday and we were home all day and was outside when the mail carrier came through and no package was delivered. I had to call customer service 800 number just so that my package could be re-delivered. Just awful!



Angry Customer!

This is the WORST post office I have ever had dealings with!!!!! The staff who answers the phone is RUDE and the phone doesn't half work. I purchased a po box 5/20/11 and didn't have access until 6/3/11 although I was told I would have access the next day. The next problem is I went to check my po box and there was no mail and I can't get anyone on the phone to find out where my mail is. The phone just goes to a fax machine. Is no one there working?!?!?!? This is just horrible.
