All Metro Fence Company

Had a new Cedar Fence installed. Within 2 weeks 7 boards had split with 8 more boards that are warped. Made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them to discuss an option to replacing these or at least a refund on the cost of these boards. They will not return my call. I did not want to leave a negative review, but decided to after my 5th time to contact them with no response back from them. Use the Thumbtack website to find a RELIABLE fencing company and/or any other contractor you may need. I learned this the hard way.

Several years ago, All Metro Fence Co. of Jackson installed a metal fence and automatic gate for us. Over the years, we have called them regarding general maintenance issues. On some occasions we were able to speak with someone, on others we were told someone had to call us back, who didn't, but at no time were we ever able to get anyone with All Metro to attend to our maintenance issues. So we did the best we could on our own.



Most recently, we called, were promised someone would have to call us back, and, again, no on ever did. Because the gate was dragging, inoperative and beyond our skills to fix, we had to find someone else to tend to the issue.



They determined that the gate would have to be raised, of course, but here's what else they found when they dug, literally, further into the issue: 1) the gate post was only placed to a depth of 2' instead of the standard 4', 2) the concrete fractured easily, meaning it wasn't mixed properly, 3) the concrete contained no rebar as it should have for structural strength, 4) the concrete, except for about 2" was all placed on one side instead of uniformly around the post, and 5) the gate post itself was undersized.



Because these defects in the installation were hidden, we are only just now learning of them, and because All Metro Fence Co. would not communicate with us about them, we are having to have another company repair their faulty workmanship.

Outside of a map online that shows the business on the east side of the Interstate unless you zoom in when it's on the west side I can't say enough good things about the experience. A gentleman named Jason was very easy to do business with.
