We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance seven days a week to insure peace of mind. However, if it is not an emergency our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday from 8: 00 am - 4: 00 pm. Resident's requests can be submitted by Internet or phone and are taken care of promptly. Newbury Realty Group is also excited to offer our residents a few new options. With our website, residents now have the opportunity to complete work orders, make rent payments and/or sign up for automatic scheduled rent payments via electronic funds transfer (Direct Debit). NRG has implemented this new service to make paying your rent a more convenient and time-saving experience. With this new service you will be able to pay your rent via the Internet with a credit card or check. The best part is that you can pay from anywhere with Internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our company was started in 1991 and has been expanding ever since.
