Never been treated worse!!!

Venice location is great...friendly staff, reliable food... the Santa Monica location...not so much! My fiance and I were treated so badly by the manager Zac. He not only screamed at us and accused us of lying but carried on to say that Dagwoods doesn't honor the customer is always right rule...no they "Keep it real" Lets keep this real...when the owner gets back from Italy lets hope he finds out how Zac treats his local customers.
