I have been to many different beauty people thru my life but, Karen has them beat hands down. She listens to exactly what you are asking for and informs you in everyway to pros and cons of what you are requesting. It was refreshing.. Anyway, she did the most beautiful eyeliner on me. It is so perfect better than I could ever do for myself. She corrected the old eyeliner I had and now I totally love it.... Karen is a true pro ...thank-you so much Karen
