Wow, did you really go onto this website and write a crappy review of a company because they didn't have a location near you? You also rated them a 1/5? Get real.
I, on the other hand, had a complete opposite experience:
First off, to actually find a company that rents trucks that you can tow with to individuals, is a rare thing to come by, so kudos to Interstate for that.
I spent approximately 3 minutes on the phone with one of the Interstate employees, and we set up a reservation for a 3/4 ton, crew-cab, 4X4 pickup truck with a tow package on it. Nice truck. 2008 model Chevy Silverado.
I go up there 2 days later to pick up my truck, and brought with me the necessary items (driver's license, proof of insurance, and a major credit card). They took my info, put it on file, and we then inspected the truck for damages.
That was it. I signed off on it and they handed me the keys and said enjoy the truck, which I very much did.
