These people WILL NOT change mybill date for anything. I am on disability and ONLY GET PAID ON THE 3rd of the month. that's the ONLY time I can pay bills. But they keep telling me, tehre is no way my bill date can ever be moved. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They told me to write to the home office explaining what I needed. So I did and got no response back at all. As soon as I can switch to another service I am going to do that. This has been going on for over a year now. I'm so sick of these people. And you can never speak with anyone English. Most of their reps are over in India or somewhere. It's unbeliveable. DISSATISFIED IN FLORIDA CATHY
