Anna will make you feel important from the moment you meet her. She has such charisma and gives her complete focus to you to find out what you are truly seeking from your massage experience. She will concentrate on the areas in which you have concern and doesn't rush you in and out like some of the larger spa companies do. Anna follows-up on her customers and remembers details to discuss with you when you return for another appointment. Anna's voice is soothing and relaxing. She gives you what you want and you leave her "retreat" with a desire to return on a regular basis. Anna's attention to detail is like no other therapist I have seen in the past. I would recommend the entire experience at Balance to anyone, young or old.
