Before I sold my house and with only two days before the closing, I had to rush to Ace hardware to get some paint and supplies. As I was walking through the house while painting I tripped and spilled the paint all over the the carpet and on the walls. After I realized what I just did I panicked. I called Stanley Steamers, Chem Dry, Service Master and all I got were answering machines, until I called Classic… I actually talked to a live person which amazed me. The answering service took my info and I got a call back from Justin promptly. He told me that he could get someone out there to take care of it. I was absolutely thankful. Jeff called me to tell me what time he would be here, and to my surprise he was here on time. It took him about 3 hours to do the whole thing, I was absolutely amazed at the work he had done, I couldn’t tell that any paint was on the carpet or floor. I went back to Ace Hardware and gave them the info for Classic so they can send anyone else that has an unfortunate mishap. I am VERY pleased with the service. I would refer them to anyone that needs there services. When I called in to tell them what a great job they did, I spoke to Melanie and she was very nice and helpful. Very interested in hearing what I had to say. Very Professional company, Thanks everyone at Classic. RT
