Horrible service

I suggest that anyone who needs parts for your RV go elsewhere. I ordered a ceiling assembly for my new air conditioner and was told that I would get it in a couple of days. It has now taken several phone calls to PPL and Dometic. I have basically gotten the run around. I had to threaten to file suite against them. And if I don't receive my part tomorrow I will do that.
I strongly suggest that you find another source for rv parts and stay away from this company.
