Horrible Hotel and Even Worse Customer Satisfaction

I will NEVER use this service again. The hotel I stayed in was beyond horrible. It smelled, was dirty and unsafe. When Expedia offers a hotel on their site they should be able to stand behind it. They did not. When I contacted Expedia to explain my situation they were unable or unwilling to accomidate my request for a refund. Unacceptable. I will tell everyone I know never to use this service.
