Terrible customer service!!! They sent me the wrong medicine 5 times!!!!! I'm not kidding! They wouldn't talk to me after the fifth time either. They said there must be something wrong with the vets prescription and I should take it up with my vet. So I called my vet and it turns out they never even called them for the prescription! My vet informed me that it's illegal for them to be sending me medicine without a prescription and I'm not the only one they've done that to.
I will never use this company again. They are only selling medicine they don't care about the pets or their owners!!!
