Ms. Smith obviously has confused us with some other company. We are reviewed at other websites and clients don't have negative experiences. With over 9 years in this business, we do not tell potential clients to rot in hell. While we have handled corporate events requiring more than 100 separate moves over several days, we do not have the ability to move 75 people over a few hours. We refer an individual needing transport for large groups to one of the local charter bus companies and would not even try to quote on limousines. Assuming Ms. Smith called, she would have been advised to call one of the charter bus companies in the area since they would be able to accommodate her needs. - Bill
