I don't usually write reviews because I have very little free time but felt compelled to throw in my 2 cents after seeing a negative review of this company posted here. I am not certain what this customer actually experienced but this is far from the way the people at IHT have treated me. This is the only electronics store that I have ever walked into where I was immediately made to feel at home. I asked many , maybe too many , questions and got a well thought out and reasonable answer to all but one. In the case of that question the salesman did not immediately know the answer but promised to find out and call me back with the answer. He did that the following day. I really got the sense that they were trying to find out which of the many products they represent would work best for me. They actually asked me more questions about my needs than I would have thought possible and came up with some pretty cool ideas that I had never even considered. I got a great home theater system at IHT and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone
who is looking for a good system at a good price.
