A Plus Pool Water

This company delivers my water for the past five years. They always show up and they are friendly. They have good prices too.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke. The "owner" could care less about his customers even when his own employee screws up. I gave my address and they said they could deliver between 4 and 7 the next day. The employee even looked it up on the map! We waited all day for the delivery. At 5 I get a call saying they have to cancel our delivery because they "don't go that far" Then they try saying there are weight restrictions on our road. Thats a crappy excuse because other companies will deliver here AND there is a gravel company right down the road, trucks are going by ALL THE TIME!!
This should have never happened. Employees should know where and how far deliveries are suppose to be scheduled so that this does not happen; a good employer should have properly trained his employees. And if you are in the wrong, make it right! Too bad for this company we will always take our business elsewhere.
What kind of company waits until the delivery window to call a customer and cancel? Not one I will recommend

Excellent customer service , the delivery driver was professional and polite . The delivery was on time unlike another company we used last yr....

We just got our pool filled today and the driver was very nice and helpful. He showed up on time unlike the other company we have used before. We will definitly be using A+ Pool Water's service from now on

This company is by far, the best pool water company out there. They are very courteous on the phone and have professional customer service. They are on time and have very reasonable rates for pool water. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a good experience buying pool water!!!
