        In 1966 Robert Mather and his brother started a home improvement company. Their company was founded on the belief that hard work and customer service were the key tenets to providing a good product. In 1982 the company was passed over to Roberts daughter, Chris, and her husband, Mark. Since then, Mathers has come to be known in the community as the best in exterior home remodeling. Today, Mark and Chriss two sons, Matt and Ben, are set to take the reins, and keep the company going strong. Mathers Improvement Service is proud to be a part of the Burlington community for so long, and thankful for the continued business!

        Their customer service is as bad as you get, not responsive, pretty much not existent.
        Unfinished job. (What they do end up doing is done right though).
        Their quotes are sketchy, they’ll tell you how a job will be done and in the end you only get half of what was promised/quoted.
        Job took a ridiculous amount of time to get started and another couple months to finish the job. Job was quoted as a 2 day job.

        Example: “leaf guards are standard on our gutters installation and are included in the price”
        Then you check the gutters and no leaf guards as promised, after that they refuse to finish the job and they send you the bill. They give you a time frame to pay it or they’ll charge an extra late fee. The irony...
